Cancellation Policy

Swayam Connect Cancellation Policy

Swayam Connect understands that scheduling conflicts can arise. This Cancellation Policy outlines the procedure for cancelling mentorship sessions booked on our platform and the associated fees.

1. Student Cancellations

  • Students who cancel a scheduled mentorship session with at least 3 days’ notice before the session will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations with less than 3 days’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee as determined by the Mentor. The specific cancellation fee will be displayed at the time of booking.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the scheduled session time.

2. Mentor Cancellations

  • In the event a Mentor cancels a scheduled session, the Student will receive a full refund and will be notified by Swayam Connect to reschedule or choose another Mentor.

3. Cancellations Due to Technical Issues

  • If a technical issue prevents a mentorship session from taking place, Swayam Connect will work with both the Student and Mentor to reschedule the session or issue a full refund.

4. Notification of Cancellation

  • Cancellations must be submitted through the Swayam Connect platform or by contacting Swayam Connect directly at connect@swayamoverseas.com
  • Phone cancellations will be followed up with a confirmation email.

5. Exceptions

  • Any exceptions to this Cancellation Policy will be communicated to the Student at the time of booking.

Please Note:

  • This Cancellation Policy applies to all mentorship sessions booked through the Swayam Connect platform.
  • Swayam Connect reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
